Consumer Engagement

Who we are

Consumer Engagement engages with patients, parents, carers, families and members of the community to continually improve the quality of our care and services.

We receive feedback about all services in the Child and Adolescent Health Service, including PCH.

Services we provide

  • A liaison, navigation and mediation service that assists patients, families and carers on their healthcare journey
  • Compliment, complaint and feedback management for patients, families and carers
  • Support to the Consumer Advisory Council and Youth Advisory Council
  • Support for the Volunteer service
  • Making sure that CAHS complies with the requirements of the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan - ensuring that people with disabilities have the opportunity to receive the same level of care and access to PCH services as others.
