Manage My Care app now available at PCH

Outpatients with appointments at PCH can now use WA Health’s first patient facing app – Manage My Care – to access their appointment and referral information.

Eligible outpatient appointments for PCH will be able to view booked appointments and referrals in Manage My Care. All patients can download the newly developed mobile app, and if they don't have access to a smart device they can access Manage My Care via a web portal on HealthyWA.

Manage My Care allows users to:

• easily view their future outpatient appointments and referrals 24/7
• view and track appointments and referrals for people they care for
• update their contact details (e.g. address and phone number)
