Redkite

Redkite is there for children and young people (24 and under) with cancer, and the family and friends that care for them.

They are there at diagnosis, throughout treatment and on return home – by phone, email and in person.

Redkite also provide specialist bereavement support for as long as it's needed. 

Redkite services include: 

• financial assistance to cover essential costs
• information, counselling and group support via phone, email and in person
• diagnosis support bags for children and young adults
• education and career support through grants and consultants
• free book club for all ages
• support within the hospital through the funding of social workers and music therapists
• reliable information about childhood, teenage and young adult cancer at redkite.org.au
