Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia

Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia

Ronald McDonald House in Nedlands is a home away from home for families from regional WA who have a sick child receiving hospital treatment.

The facility can accommodate up to 180 people and has a communal dining area, a children’s playroom and playground, a teen den, gym facilities, a rooftop garden and a dedicated learning centre, where children can continue their schooling while they are undergoing hospital treatment.

To help ensure families are as comfortable as possible during their stay, in-house full time chefs provide breakfast and dinner each day.

In partnership with PCH, Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMH WA) also runs the Ronald McDonald Family Room and Kulunga Moort Mia Aboriginal Family Lounge on Ground Level and the Parent Accommodation Facility on Level 5.
