For health professionals
The delivery of Western Australian immunisation schedule vaccines to children attending appointments at PCH plays a vital role in reducing the burden of vaccine preventable diseases within the community.
Immunisation services at PCH are provided via the Stan Perron Immunisation Centre and the Specialist Immunisation Clinic, both of which are led by the Infectious Diseases Department.
Referrals
No referral is required to attend the Stan Perron Immunisation Centre.
The Speciality Immunisation Clinic requires a medical referral.
For external medical referrals, see the central referral form template. For internal medical referrals, please use the PCH e-referral pathway or a consultation request form.
