Kalparrin supports families of children with special needs by linking them to the organisations, services and individuals who can help them get the best possible care for their children and themselves.

The Kalparrin Centre at PCH is staffed by family support officers who have lived experience of caring for children with special needs and can help families navigate the complex maze of services, funding and respite options.

As well as their work at PCH, Kalparrin run a program of community activities for their members so families can take a break, socialise and connect with other families who understand the joys and challenges of being a special needs family.

Kalparrin also run WA's largest special needs peer-to-peer online support network where families can come together to share their knowledge, challenges and triumphs.
