Global Nursing Network for Rare Diseases
Established through a partnership between Rare Care Centre, Curtin Singapore and SingHealth Duke-NUS, this new initiative will provide an opportunity for nurses globally to share expertise, exchange knowledge and skills, solve problems together and provide access to a suite of educational resources for upskilling nurses in rare and undiagnosed diseases.
The GNNRD nursing leadership committee met in Abu Dhabi on 16 - 17 May 2024 for our second meeting as part of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Rare Disease Congress. The focus of the conference was developing the strategic framework, regional networks, and the linguistic diversity and accessibility of the network.
