Consumer Engagement Strategy

We developed the Consumer Engagement Strategy 2020-2022 to begin our journey of improving how we partner with children, young people and families.

A new plan is in development and will be released later in 2023.

Read the 2020-222 strategy and updates on our progress

Disability Access and Inclusion Plan
The CAHS Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2022 – 2025 describes where CAHS will focus its attention to improve inclusion and access to our services, facilities, information, employment and volunteering opportunities and events for people of all abilities.

Find out more and read the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2022 – 2025.

All DAIPs are available in alternative formats upon request. Please contact the Child and Family Engagement Service via email or phone 6456 0032.

Multicultural Action Plan

The CAHS Multicultural Action Plan 2022 – 2027 lists the goals and actions our health service will work on to make sure it is welcoming and inclusive for the children, young people and families of WA’s diverse communities.

Over the next five years, we aim to act on making things better for families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Read the plan and find out more.
