Patient Experience survey

Take part in one of our Patient Experience survey focus groups

Perth Children’s Hospital is working to adapt the Australian Hospital Patient Experience Question Set to provide for every parent or carer of an inpatient when they stay at PCH. We are inviting parents or carers to help us develop this survey.
 
Three focus groups will be held on the 18 and 19 March, we’ll be asking for your thoughts and ideas about adapting this survey, which will be completed by thousands of people every year. Your parking will be reimbursed, and the focus groups are fully catered.
