“When people sit down to create together, especially families, its like a regrouping, with everyone working towards the same goal. When the parents relax, the koorlungah, the kids can relax too. This is what people call mindfulness, when you’re working on something, but making a new space together.” - Sharyn Egan
These workshops are part of the Artist in Residence Program at CAHS providing opportunities for patients and families to participate in creative activities to positively impact their health & wellbeing.
