Medication pre-ordering
Our Medication pre-ordering service allows you to email us with the details of your prescription and have it ready for collection or home delivery.
How to Pre order your medications:
Step 1: Request via email
Please send the following documents below to: pch.pharmacydispensary@health.wa.gov.au
1. A completed PCH Pharmacy Medication Pre-Order Form
2. Details of other medications your child might be taking. This includes:
- Prescribed by your GP or specialist
- Vitamins
- Supplements
- Herbal remedies
- Inhalers
- Creams
- Items bought at a Pharmacy or Health Food store
- Advice on any previous allergies or drug reactions your child may have had or has
3. A photo/scan of both copies of your child’s prescription, including the patient/pharmacist copy AND the repeat form (please see photo below of examples).
*Please note that incomplete Pre-Order Forms and/or emails with no attachments of prescriptions will result in a delay in your order*
Step 2: Await confirmation
After emailing PCH Dispensary, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and the collection/delivery details.
Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Step 3: Collection from PCH
1) Collection from PCH
- Please allow for three business days for your order to be completed.
- You will receive an SMS once your order has been completed. If you require your order earlier than three business days, please contact us as soon as possible
- Please ensure you bring all original prescriptions including repeat forms when collecting your child’s medication at PCH Outpatient Pharmacy or we will be unable to supply you with your requested order.

2) Delivery
- Please allow for three to five business days for your order to be completed and sent to your address.
- Please express post the original prescriptions to: Perth Children’s Hospital – Outpatient Pharmacy Locked Bag 2010, Nedlands WA 6909
- When your medications are ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation SMS and will be asked to call PCH Pharmacy on 6456 3563 to confirm your address and provide your payment details for medication and courier charges (if applicable).
Please note that a courier fee of $20.00 per delivery applies to addresses within the greater Perth metropolitan area (Two Rocks to Mandurah inclusive). Deliveries to regional, rural, and remote areas are free of charge.*

- Medications can only be posted after we have received the original prescriptions and received payment over the phone.
