Medication pre-ordering
Changes to PCH metropolitan home delivery service
PCH Pharmacy offers home medication delivery for:
- patients and families in regional, rural and remote areas (free of charge); and
- patients and families in the greater Perth metropolitan area ($20 fee applies).
Over the last 12 months, in response to pandemic restrictions, PCH Pharmacy has been waiving the delivery fee for medication delivery to patients and families in the greater Perth metropolitan area. This was due to high COVID-19 community transmission and significant restrictions to visitor access on the PCH site.
In line with the end of the WA State of Emergency and pandemic restrictions to travel and movement, the metropolitan home medication delivery service will return to the standard $20 charge (per delivery) from the week commencing Monday 13 February 2023.
Please note, medication deliveries to regional, rural and remote areas will continue to be provided free of charge.
Physical collection from PCH Pharmacy remains available between 8:45am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
