There are currently over 450 active research projects happening across the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS), with about 80 new research projects approved each year.

We have more than 250 staff who are actively involved in research and nearly 90,000 research participants who contribute to the vital research being undertaken across our health service at any given time.
